About Me

Mrs. Sisi K. V. Ebrahim
Lawyer | Commissioner for Oaths | Immigration Law Specialist in Progress

I am a qualified and registered lawyer and Commissioner for Oaths in the Kingdom of Tonga, with over 20 years of legal and managerial experience. I practice as both a solicitor and barrister, representing clients in the Magistrate Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal across a wide range of criminal and civil matters.

My legal foundation is built on academic excellence, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the South Pacific. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Relations. My early career includes managing Teta Tours and serving in legal and administrative leadership roles, including as Manager of Vaipulu Law Office and as a project manager for international operations.

Currently, I divide my time between Tonga and Australia, where I am advancing my legal career by undertaking postgraduate studies in Australian Immigration Law. I regularly appear in Tongan courts in person and via Zoom, and I remain fully engaged with the Tonga Law Society through ongoing professional development and compliance.

Whether you are seeking trusted legal representation in Tonga or guidance on immigration matters, I bring a wealth of legal experience, a commitment to justice, and a strong cross-border perspective to every client I serve.
